Dog Gone Clean’s Terms & Conditions for our Dog Wash

1. Dog Gone Clean LLC requires all pets entering our facility to be up to date on rabies and all health vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. This requirement applies from the date of signature and for all future visits. By entering our facility, you confirm compliance with this policy and accept full responsibility for ensuring your pet’s vaccination records remain current.  a) Dog Gone Clean requires any puppy entering our facility must complete all vaccination series (this is typically around 16-20 weeks of age). b) Dog Gone Clean recommends waiting 24-48 hours after any vaccinations to bathe your dog.

2. I Acknowledge that my pet is symptom free of any sickness or any of the following; vomiting, diarrhea or fever for at least 48 hours before entering the pet wash facility.

3. Grooming (cutting & clipping): I understand that Dog Gone Clean, LLC. is a dog wash facility only.  I agree and understand that NO clipping, cutting or grooming; other than brushing my dog(s) is allowed and that no outside tools; other than my own shampoo or conditioner is permitted. Trimming/cutting tools of any kind are strictly prohibited.

4. Pets with fleas or ticks must be treated and be completely free of bugs prior to entering our facility. In order to maintain the cleanliness of our store and protect the health of our other customers, we need to enforce a strict no flea and tick policy. 

5. You may bring your own shampoo or conditioner to bathe your dog with, however, this will not affect the flat rate fee of $18.

6. If you do not use the full 15 minutes, you will not receive a discounted rate. 

7. For the safety of all our clients, disruptive and/or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave at management’s discretion. 

8. Children 16 years old and younger must be attended by and under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times. 

9. Dogs and humans can be very sensitive to the odor of skunk etc. To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all customers, pets must be treated prior to bringing them in for a bath. If a pet enters the facility and our staff determines the odor is too strong, you may be asked to leave and re-wash your pet prior to coming back. 

10. Dog Gone Clean LLC will NOT be liable for any injuries or damages to self, your pet, or any personal items while using our Self-Serve Dog Wash.
